| <P>A-level maintenance (day care) <BR>l）檢查發(fā)電機工作日報； l) Check the generator work daily; <BR>2）檢查發(fā)電機機油平面、冷卻液平面； 2) Check generator oil surface, the cooling liquid surface; <BR>3）日檢發(fā)電機有無損壞、滲漏，皮帶是否松弛或磨損； 3) The daily inspection generator for damage, leakage, whether loose or worn belt; <BR>4）檢查空氣濾清器，清潔空氣濾清器芯子，必要時更換； 4) Check the air filter, clean air filter cores, if necessary, replaced; <BR>5）放出燃油箱及燃油濾清器中的水或沉積物； 5) release in the fuel tank and fuel filter the water or sediment; <BR>6）檢查水過濾清器； 6) Check the water through filter; <BR>7）檢查起動蓄電池及電池液，必要時添加補充液； 7) Check the starter battery and battery fluid, if necessary, add additional liquid; <BR>8）起動發(fā)電機并檢查有無異響； 8) and check for any abnormal sound starter-generator; <BR>9）用空****清潔水箱、冷卻器及散熱網(wǎng)灰塵。 9) **** clean with empty water tanks, coolers and cooling network dust. <BR>Ｂ級保養(yǎng) B-level maintenance <BR>1）重復A級每日的檢查； 1) repeated daily A-level examination; <BR>2）每100至250小時，要更換柴油濾清器； 2) Every 100-250 hours, to replace diesel filter; <BR>所有柴油濾清器不可清洗． All diesel fuel filter is not clean. 只可更換。 Can only be replaced. 100至250小時只是一個彈性時間，必須要根據(jù)柴油實際的清潔程度而更換； 100-250 hours is a flexible time, must be based on the actual cleanliness of diesel and replaced; <BR>3）每200至250小時，要更換發(fā)電機機油及機油濾清器； 3) Every 200-250 hours, to replace the generator oil and oil filter; <BR>機油必須要符合美國API?CF級以上； Oil must be in U.S. API? CF level and above; <BR>4）更換空氣濾清器（機組運行300-400小時）； 4) the replacement of air filter (unit operating 300-400 hours); <BR>要重視機房環(huán)境而決定更換空氣濾清器的時間，此濾清器是可以用****清潔； Should pay attention to room environment and decided to replace the air filter of the time, this filter can be used **** clean; <BR>5）更換水過濾清器及添加DCA濃度； 5) Replace the filter and add water over the concentration of DCA; <BR>6）清洗曲軸箱呼吸閥濾網(wǎng)。 6) Clean crankcase breather valve filter. <BR>Ｃ級保養(yǎng)?機組運行2000-3000小時，請進行如下工作： C-level maintenance? Unit operation 2000-3000 hours, do the following work: <BR>重復A、B級保養(yǎng) Repeat A, B-class maintenance <BR>1）拆下氣門室蓋，清洗油污、油泥； 1) Remove the valve chamber cover, clean oil, oil sludge; <BR>2）緊固各部螺絲（包括運行部分、固定部分）； 2) Tighten screws ministries (including the running part, fixed part); <BR>3）用引擎潔霸清洗曲軸箱、油泥、鐵屑及沉積物； 3) Pa by cleaning the engine crankcase cleaning, oil sludge, iron and sediment; <BR>4）檢查渦輪增壓器的磨損程度并清洗積炭，必要時進行調(diào)校； 4) Check the wear on the turbocharger and clean coke, if necessary, adjust; <BR>5）檢查、調(diào)整氣門間隙； 5) Check and adjust valve clearance; <BR>6）檢查PT泵、噴油器工作情況，調(diào)整噴油器行程，必要時進行調(diào)校； 6) Check the PT pump, fuel injector work, adjust the injector stroke, when necessary, adjust; <BR>7）檢查、調(diào)整風扇皮帶、水泵皮帶的松緊，必要時進行調(diào)整或更換：清洗水箱散熱網(wǎng)，并檢查節(jié)溫器的使用性能。 7) Check and adjust fan belt, water pump belt tension, if necessary, adjust or replace: cleaning water tank cooling network, and check the thermostat's performance. </P> <P>小修（即D級保養(yǎng)）（3000-4000小時） Minor repairs (ie, D-level maintenance) (3000-4000 hours) <BR>l）檢查氣門，氣門座等磨損程度，必要時進行修理或更換； l) Check the valve, valve seat wear, etc., if necessary, repair or replacement; <BR>2）檢查PT泵，噴油器的工作狀況，必要時進行修理、調(diào)校； 2) Check the PT pump, fuel injector working conditions, if necessary, repair, adjustment; <BR>3）檢查、調(diào)整連桿及各緊固螺絲的扭力矩； 3) Check and adjust the screw rod and the tightening torque; <BR>4）檢查、調(diào)整氣門間隙； 4) Check and adjust valve clearance; <BR>5）調(diào)整噴油器行程； 5) adjust the injector stroke; <BR>6）檢查調(diào)整風扇充電機皮帶的張緊度； 6) Check and adjust fan belt tension level charger; <BR>7）清洗進氣支管的積炭； 7) Clean the intake manifold of carbon deposition; <BR>8）清洗中冷器芯； 8) washing in the cold core; <BR>9）清洗整個機油潤滑系統(tǒng)； 9) Clean the engine oil lubrication system; <BR>10）清洗搖臂室、油底殼的油泥及金屬鐵屑。 10) Clean room arm, oil pan sludge and metal filings. </P> <P>中修（6000-8000小時） In repair (6000-8000 hours) <BR>（1）含小修項目； (1) with a small repair projects; <BR>（2）分解發(fā)動機（除曲軸外）； (2) decomposition of the engine (except crank outside); <BR>（3）檢查缸套、活塞、活塞環(huán)、進排氣門、等曲柄連桿機構、配氣機構、潤滑系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)的易損零件，必要時更換； (3) Check the cylinder, piston, piston rings, inlet and outlet valve, such as connecting rod, valve train, lubrication system, cooling system of the vulnerable parts, if necessary, replaced; <BR>（4）檢查燃料供給系統(tǒng)，調(diào)校油泵油咀； (4) Check the fuel supply system, adjust the oil pump nozzle; <BR>（5）發(fā)電機電球修理檢測，清凈油污沉積物，潤滑電球軸承。 (5) detection of generator power ball repair, clean oil deposits, lubricate the ball bearings. </P> <P><BR>大修（9000-15000小時） Overhaul (9000-15000 hours) <BR>（1）含中修項目； (1) with the repair project; <BR>（2）解體全部發(fā)動機； (2) the disintegration of all the engine; <BR>（3）更換氣缸體、活塞、活塞環(huán)、大小軸瓦、曲軸止推墊、進排氣門、全套發(fā)動機大修包； (3) the replacement of cylinder, piston, piston rings, size of the bearing, crankshaft thrust pad, into the exhaust valve, full engine overhaul kits; <BR>（4）調(diào)校油泵、噴油器、更換泵芯、噴油頭； (4) adjust the oil pump, fuel injector, replaced pump core, fuel injection head; <BR>（5）更換增壓器大修包、水泵修理包； (5) the replacement overhaul turbocharger, water pump repair kits; <BR>（6）校正連桿、曲軸、機體等部件，必要時修復或更換。 (6) correction rod, crankshaft, and other parts of the body, if necessary, repair or replacement. </P> <P> </P> | |
